In these one-on-one coaching sessions, we will explore what you want to achieve, map out a plan to realize your goals and overcome all obstacles and challenges that are stopping you from realizing your vision and potential.
Coaching in person, online or by phone
We can meet face-to-face in person or online or by phone. You can choose whichever method that suits you best or is most to convenient to you.

Whether we meet online, offline or on the phone, you can be assured of a relaxed, private and interactive setting where you can be at ease and comfortable.
Homework after each session
Homework is essential in helping you grow and develop. Doing homework will not only help you retain more takeaways from my coaching, it will also help you think about and work through your issues and goals independently.
